1.Q: How can I shop on your website?

Firstly, please register a member at our website, and then you can shop on it and enjoy special discounts and promotions.
2.Q: I am ordering on several items, can I wait for the items ending to send payment?
A:
Yes, you can. When you finish all, you may enter checkout and system will calculate the final total to you.
3. Q: What payments do you accept?
A: We only accept PayPal, we are PayPal verified business member. We do not accept personal check or money order.
4. Q: When will my order ship out and be expected to get?
A: Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment received. Normally it takes about 10-14 business days to arrive, but some areas, due to infrequent flights, it may take a little longer.
5. Q: What is the currency of the items on your website?
A: All the items are in USD.
6. Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship to worldwide by Hong Kong Post air mail. Please attention: In order to make sure the shipping safety, parcels to Italy and Brazil and some island countries needs paying extra 3.00usd for registered mail at present, because of our current forwarding company which takes much time to those countries.
7. Q: How much does registered mail cost?
A: It costs extra US$3.00 for registered air mail service. Registered mail requires signature.
8. Q: I want to get the parcel urgently, do you offer other fastest shipping ways?
A: Yes, if requested, we offer EMS (normally 4-6 business days, about US$25.00 extra), DHL or Fedex (normally 3-5 business days, about US$35.00 extra depending on shipping area)
9. Q: Are there any taxes?
A: We don't charge any sales taxes. Buyers are responsible to pay for their own country custom duty if requested.
10. Q: What is your return policy?
A: Please contact us before returning the item. Please include item number and your user ID, mail address in the parcel, item should be return in its original condition within 14 days. We can offer refund or replacement. Insurance is not refundable.
11. Q: If I receive an unsatisfied item, can I return?
A: Yes, for unsatisfied item, you may return for exchanging or refund, but shipping fee is not refundable.
12. Q: When I receive a damaged item, what should I do?
A: Don't worry! We do take the responsibility for our sale. If you can send us a photo of the damaged item, we may refund the item price or resend another one to you.
13. Q: Why I don't get reply from you? I have sent you several emails.
A: We work 5 days a week. We always reply customers’ questions. For some reason, your email may not reach us, or the reply email may go to your junk mail. You may contact us directly via Customer Service online at our website or directly call us.
14. Q: If I am going to make a large order, can I have a good price?
A: Yes, we may give you a discount according to the quantity. We can offer 5% off, if the consumption is up to US $100.00, due to our shipping is free. We will offer best discount to you based on your consumption.
15. Q: What is the conversion between inch and mm?
A: For bracelet, necklace, loose bead strand length, we usually use the inches to measure it. For the size of beads, pendants, we usually use mm. 1 inch=25.4mm, 1 mm=0.04 inch.
16. Q: Why the color of item received is different from the picture on website?
A: Color may vary slightly due to the color calibration of each individual monitor. The beads pictured are only a good representation of the beads that you will receive. They are not the exact beads. If buyers are strict on it, please consider it before ordering.
